Intro
Description
Vitris are massive dragons made of stone and crystals. The stone as well as the crystals can be made of varying types and shapes. The Vitris stand at 9-10 feet tall. They have similar features to Tribolovon, like their sail. They however lack the mushroom cap the others have.
Range
Vitris used to roam every sector of the island as ancient guardians meant to protect the land and the magic within.
Variations
While their bodies are relatively the same, the stone texture, type and color could have a massive range. The crystals on their body could also be in almost any color.
Diseases
Vitris are not known to have any diseases as they are non-organic creatures.
However if they ran out of magic or their dominant crystal broke, they’d ‘die’ and become statues.

Violence
Vitris are not known to be violent. Only taking aggressive actions when the land and magic was in danger.
Offensive
Vitris rarely act without thinking, they often only act once needed, else just minding their own business.
Defensive
Vitris are highly defensive of the land, magic and native inhabitants. Protecting them from the outside world as well as in-fighting.
Travel
Vitris were always on the move, never staying in one spot for long. They were the travelers of the species, always moving about and resolving conflict and issues.
Social
While not organic, Vitris were sentient and wise, often trying to communicate with the others with sadly little success due to a lack of a mouth.
Affection
Vitris didn’t really know how to be affectionate, as they didn’t need to reproduce like the others did.

Vitris never had relationships in a romantic sense, but did have friendships with the creatures.
Hunting/gathering
Vitris didn’t need to eat, so they never hunted or gathered food.

Vitris had no diet. But were often seen laying down under the soil to take some magic from the land.

Vitris were Cathermal. Being active day and night without a lot of breaks.

Sign language was the most common language amongst Vitris, as they had no mouth to talk with.
LIFE CYCLE INFO
Lifespan
They’re immortal, only being able to die if they had no magic left or if their primary crystal was destroyed. When a Vitris dies a new one would be born a few years after.
Egg appearance
The eggs of Vitris looked like ordinary oval shaped rocks. Only being able to be recognized as eggs due to the faint golden lines within the cracks.
Baby appearance
Baby vitris were small, but still bigger than the average dragon.
Teen appearance
Teen Vitris are already experienced in many things as they are often immediately educated from birth. As they are developed enough to understand things.
Adult appearance
Adult Vitris often have cracks and breaks in their stone-skin. This is often due to stopping fights.
Elder appearance
Elder vitris are often covered in varying plant life. The more foliage the older they are.
Death ritual
When a vitris dies and becomes a statue they are often getting taken over by nature- their bodies being used as new placed to grow plants.

Vitris are not agile. Their stone bodies only allowing basic movements.

Vitris can camouflage better then any other- the plants on their bodies helping with blending in.

Vitris have almost infinite stamina, able to go on for decades without stopping. Only ‘slowing down’ when the magic runs out.

Vitris are Incredibly strong, their bodies giving them a massive strength advantage.

While not able to swim, vitris can walk underwater without harming their bodies.

Housing
Vitris didn’t live in any type of housing, simply laying down in the soil to ‘sleep’ during any kind of weather.
Landmarks
The rivers within the Shini territory are a great landmark, the flow of the streams and sizes being a good tell for where they are in the forest, and where they must go to reach their destination. There are 2 massive twin trees located in the sector, these trees are 3x the size of the other trees, and there is a special clearing in the sector which is often used by the Shini.
Secre tribolovon do not have landmarks to go by aside from the rivers in their lands. Even those shift often due to the amount of quick sand and loose soil. They use stars and special self-made landmarks that are often in the shape of crystal creations. The camp being in the massive caverns below and the craters that expose the caverns to the surface.
Notable locations
Camps - the camps is where everyone stays to rest, sleep and live when they don’t have duties to fulfill.
Shini Passing Twin Trees - the PTT is a sacred place within the Shini dynasty. The area has 2 massive trees, with a dryadian built structure in the middle, often associated with the portal to the afterlife by the dynasty. There, all bodies are buried with memorial stones and carvings.
Shini Training Clearing - the training clearing is an open spot in the dense forest at the edge of a mountain. There the trainees are training to protect the dynasty, and learning how to do their tasks. The clearing has a lot of lush flowers and plants at the edges of it, filling the air with a pleasant smell.
Shini Lake Cave - Lake cave is a cavern located on the biggest lake by scarlet forest, this cave is on an island in the center. Shaman apprentices go there to make a connection to their deities to get approved, or denied to be an official shaman of the dynasty. The shaman mark is always located by the eyes in forms on a single white dot by each eye's end like a tear.
Border - The border is the area where the 3 sectors meet.
Secre Northern Crystal - The NC is located in the northern part of their sector.
Secre Eastern Crystal - The EC is located in the eastern part of their sector.
Secre Southern Crystal - The SC is located in the southern part of their sector.
Secre Western Crystal - The WC is located in the western part of their sector.
Grace Burial Grounds - The burial grounds are located underwater on a blank slate of ground. This blank slate of sand has many carved stones on it, each stone representing a tribo who passed.
Grace Blood Lake - The Blood lake is a red lake hidden in one of the islands, where the shaman often go to get their apprentices accepted or denied.
Communication
When they tried communicating with the other dragons they’d often use a sign language that barely anyone non-vitris spoke/understood. Making communication hard.
Transportation
Vitris didn’t have belongings to take with them so rarely needed transportation aside from needed items for a task.
Accessories
Vitris didn’t wear any accessories. The plants on their bodies being the closest thing to accessories.
Common names
Vitris didn’t really have any names, many of them having received names from the other dragons to be identified. Their names were similar to classic tribolovon names.

Deities
Ruined Claws of Night (Ruins/Ruin) - the deity of death, life, afterlife and limbo, often portrayed as a almost solid black Tribolovon with sharp crescent claws and a flowing shawl with ripped ends. Their eyes are often icy blue-white with black sclera.
Teller of Times Turning (Teller) - the deity of the past, present, future and knowledge. Often described as a Tribolovon with silver white scales and black eyes/sclera. The inside of the eyes are often drawn as having stars glittering in them.
Trail of Shining Stars at Night (Trail) - the deity of constellations and navigation often seen as a black Tribolovon with swirls of pinks and reds on their sides and white speckles like stars. The speckles are said to glow at night or during strong emotions.
Bright Blood on Stones (Bright) - the deity of war and peace. Often seen as a normal colored Shini with varying weaponry sticking out of their back from wars they joined.
Eclipse of Day and Night (Eclipse) - Deity of light and darkness, often believed to be responsible for the day/night cycle. They are portrayed as a Tribolovon that is half black and half white in a chimera like pattern.
